Shipping Policy

We use a conbination of Australia Post and courier services to have your items delivered to your door. All items are sent via registered, express post or couriered. Most items require a signature at the time of delivery. This protects both you the buyer and us the seller. Shipping of your items will generally occur within 2 days of payment confirmation. Items not recieved will require the buyer to lodge a claim with the carrier, we will provide proof of dispatch and reference numbers and assist with the process where possible to resolve any issues.

Returns Policy

Upon receiving your item unpack it carefully and check that what you have ordered is correct. In the event that there is a discrepancy with your order please contact us immediately by email, so that any concerns you may have can be addressed. Contact must be made within 14 days from the postage date. We will do our utmost to make sure that any issue you may have is rectified as we pride ourselves on our customer service.

We advise customers when ordering, to make sure that your item is chosen carefully. Returns on items incorrectly ordered or change of mind may not be accepted. Where items have a manufactures warranty and there is an issue with the item within the warranty period, the item must be forwarded to the manufacturer for repair work. Please remember to retain your tax invoice for warranty purposes. In the event that an item is to be returned to us all packaging must be intact and the item must not have been damaged or used. Postage on all returns will be at the purchaser’s expense, as is when purchasing goods from any retail outlet. Returns, exchanges or credits may incur a 20% surcharge, this charge is at our discretion. Should an incorrect item have been supplied, we will pay for all postage provided the item is returned in it’s original packaging, complete and intact. The refund will be the original purchase price less the original postage and handling charges unless otherwise stated. Contact must be made prior to any items being returned.
